Hi, I’m Morgan!

My plan after graduating college was to go to medical school and become an anesthesiologist… instead, I started cleaning homes and businesses.
As you can all imagine, awkward conversations quickly ensued with my friends and fellow classmates.
“How long do you plan to take time off from school…?”
“Oh, I know someone who is hiring, I can put in a good word for you..”
I had to learn to move past these seemingly judgmental comments. I realized that self-employment in this industry is a million times more accessible to those who don’t have a nest egg to start with vs. something like medical school. Spoiler alert: I definitely did not have a nest egg.
Now I have 11-employees, hired my mom, launched a second business - The Cleaning Co. Coach, and actually love working even without the white-collar status of an MD.
My goal is to empower aspiring business owners, solo cleaners, and bigger cleaning teams to actually enjoy your day-to-day life, scale your income, work only with the clients and people that light you up, and run your business in a way that feels good to you.
