Streamlining Your Bidding Process with Google Forms and Sheets in the Cleaning Industry
Are you a cleaning company trying to streamline your bidding process? One effective way to do this is by using Google Forms and Sheets to gather and organize all the necessary information.
In a recent video I made on TikTok, I recommended using Google Forms as a questionnaire to collect data on a client's home. Once you have all the information, you can then transfer it into a Google Sheet, which can serve as your Residential Building chart.
Your Residential Building chart is essentially an Excel spreadsheet that lists all the questions you ask in the questionnaire, including the specs of their home, any add-ons, opt-ins, or outs, and anything within your normal services that gets correlated to a number. This number is then correlated to how long it actually takes you to complete each item or room in a house.
For example, if you have a half bathroom and you want to say that it takes 45 minutes to complete, then on your Residential Building chart, you'll have "half bath" next to your point value of 0.75, which is the number that correlates to how long it takes you to complete a half bath.
Using Google Forms and Sheets can greatly simplify your bidding process by allowing you to easily extract all the data you need and put it into a format that is easy to read and use. So why not give it a try and see how it can help streamline your cleaning company's bidding process?
